Insured shipping across Europe
We ship across Europe with insured, tracked courier service. Cost and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout based on destination. Each piece is hand-packed in its case with its documentation.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Spain typically takes 24–72 h; elsewhere in Europe, 3–7 business days.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece in its original condition, with its certificate and packaging. We refund the full price of the piece once verified. Bespoke chains and personalised orders may have specific conditions.
Each piece is unique
Because each coin is one of a kind, a returned piece goes back into the collection. If you have any doubt before buying, write to us and we'll advise you.
