You may return any coin within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The coin must be returned in its original condition and packaging (display case, certificate, and historical card).

Our authenticity guarantee has no time limit. If at any point — whether it's 30 days or 30 years after purchase — you have reason to doubt the authenticity of a coin bought from us, we will provide a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Return

1. 1.Contact us at info@aureum.es with your order number and reason for return.
2. 2.We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. 3.Pack the coin securely in its original packaging.
4. 4.Ship the coin back to us using the provided label.
5. 5.Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

For returns within Spain, we cover the return shipping cost. For international returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or an authenticity concern.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned coin. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your coin arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including all shipping fees.
