Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Each coin is carefully prepared with our premium packaging (display case, certificate of authenticity, and historical information card) before shipping.

For shipments outside the European Union, please contact us for a shipping quote. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance & Tracking

All shipments are fully insured and include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. We take full responsibility for the safe delivery of your coin — if anything happens in transit, we will replace or refund your order.

Packaging

Coins are shipped in discreet, reinforced packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. Inside, your coin is protected in our premium display case with additional cushioning material.
